Classes:

 Mommy & Me
For ages 24 to 36 months.  This is a class for toddlers AND their parents to participate.  They will learn basic tap and ballet and also tumbling skills.  This is a great way to start your child’s education in coordination.
 Kinderdance
For ages 3 to 6 years.  A great introduction to dance! We offer a Ballet & Tap program. For second year students, there is a choice of Ballet & Tap, Ballet & Hip-Hop and Tap & Hip-Hop. Each class is 45 minutes. Pink ballet shoes and tan tap shoes required. Any color leotard & tights are acceptable.
 Ballet/Pointe
The cornerstone of strength and technique in a dancer.  Ballet is the foundation of dance & is recommended to those serious in their dance education.  Pointe work is by teacher approval only.
 Tap
An excellent class for those who love to make music with their feet.  This class will strengthen coordination for a dancer to incorporate into their repertoire of dance techniques.
 Jazz
Emphasis is on technique and choreography. Modern and contemporary dance forms are also taught to introduce the dancers to other styles for the betterment of their technique. For company students, a ballet class is recommended in conjunction with this class .
 Hip-Hop
Our most popular class! Old school and LA styled moves infused with sweet ultra funky dance music taught in these classes. We recommend serious students take this class as a secondary class to their technique classes.
 Belly Dance
The art of rhythmical movement of upper body and hips.  Improves coordination and strengthens the waistline.  Basic jazz technique will also be taught within the curriculum.
 Pilates
Improves flexibility and core stabilization while giving you a total body workout. Loved by professional dancers, athletes and celebrities, Pilates will transform your body with long, lean muscles. We have certified trainers on our staff who will help you reach your weight loss goals. We recommend at least two classes a week to receive maximum results.
